What did 2020 mean to you?...
Join us via Zoom this Thursday 7pm - October 15, 2020 as we welcome Sara Trail from the Social Justice Sewing Academy to talk about youth, fabric & activism.
Work is underway on our charity quilt for the @themqg 2021 Community Outreach Quilt Challenge. Kits went out to 23 members. We had 3 zoom sew-ins so we could work together and socialize a bit. Now the finished blocks are starting to come back. They look great, and everyone loves the color choices! #communityoutreachquilt #quiltcon2021
The NJMQG is offering a zoom workshop with Jenny Haynes of @pappersaxsten October 24th-25th. If you are interested in signing up you can visit NJMQG.com
We are following the CDCs guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and the March Guild meeting with be live online. More information will be provided. Stay safe and healthy.
Results of our #notan exercise at last night’s meeting. Great work everyone! We’ll have the supplies at the Open Sew on Saturday at the Community Church 10-4 if you’d like to continue exploring dark-light. Bring your own paper scissors please.
