In order of occurrence:
- Sunday, November 9 is registration for sponsoring guilds of Mid Atlantic Mod. The dates are April 23-26, 2015 at the Doubletree in Lancaster, PA. The cost for NJMQG members is $120 for the retreat plus $15 per workshop if you choose to take one or more. If you stay in the Doubletree, blocked rooms are available for $124/night. If you do not, there is a “local” surcharge of $50.

- Ten NJMQG members may register on Sunday starting at 7PM. This will be first come, first served. If you would like the discount code, please email njmqginfo at gmail.com. The code will be sent out by Sunday afternoon.
- Registration will open to the public on November 30. NJMQG members will still get the discounted rates. Any spots not taken by sponsoring guilds will be added to the pool of general spots.
- Monday November 10, members will receive a ballot to vote for our regional representative to the MQG board of directors. We are in region 4, which is huge, and there are three candidates. You can read about them and see videos they’ve made here (this information is also in an email that went out to members last week):
- Wednesday, November 12 starts the Crossroads retreat. Hope everyone has fun!
