Students will start with the letter “L”, the least difficult and end with the letter “O”.
Students are also welcome to bring any other paper piecing patterns to try out.

Betsy has been sewing forever and quilting almost as long. With a degree in clothing and textiles, she worked in the fashion industry for over 25 years as a pattern maker and technical designer. Now, most of her time is spent making quilts and experimenting with new techniques and gadgets. She loves sharing her knowledge of tips and tricks.

Daniela Di Iorio is a graphic designer, Creative Director, technical editor, and artist. Born and raised in New Jersey, she began sewing as a little girl with her mom and her Nonna (grandma), sewing and designing garments into her twenties. Four years ago, she discovered her passion for quilting, specifically, improvisational quilting. Her style uses her graphic design expertise combined with the freedom of improv to make for endless combinations of designs. When not running her design studio, she is at her sewing machine, has a needle in hand, or is running with scissors every chance she can get. Currently, Daniela is serving as the President of the North Jersey Modern Quilt Guild where she has been an active member since 2013.
